Items will not be shipped till payment is made and is cleared. The items will only be shipped to the Paypal address.
Once payment is made and is cleared I will be mailing within the next business day. (i.e. Saturday's purchases will be mailed on Monday) If I am behind on shipping, I will let you know. I understand that when you order something, you want your item.. If you would like insurance on your order, please notify me at the time of purchase.
If you have a problem with your merchandise, please contact me asap. Sometimes, life happens while in shipping route. If you have concerns or problems please let me know so I can correct them right away. This will be based on situation. I will stay in touch with you. Custom orders such on pearls or wire color please notify me of colors needed. The colors posted may not be in stock or unavailable. Please contact me to ensure I can obtain those colors requested. Please give me two weeks from payment of the special order for shipping. I may have to obtain materials and create!
Made To Order items, I will take your order, create and post under your name. I will put in the information what materials I used and the colors. This way you can check to make sure your order is correct by the picture as well before you purchase. Unless there is sterling silver involved or anything out the normal, you will be able to pay for it after it is completed.
